Our ServicesExit Realty NFI’s Property Management Group is a dedicated, full service property management department. As such we begin work before the property rents.
Qualifying Your Property - Initially we meet with you to decide what needs to be done to prepare your property for the market, and to decide what price range is appropriate for rent. We show you what is renting in your neighborhood now, and how other properties compare to yours.
Advertising - Once the decisions are made we advertise your property in local print media, with a yard sign, and in several places on the internet. Prospective tenants will be able to view pictures and details about your rental property simply by looking for rentals on any major search engine. Each ad will lead them back to this website, and to contact with us.
Qualifying Your Tenant - When a prospective tenant makes application with us they are thoroughly screened for credit and criminal history, employment and rental history and more if indicated. Exit Realty NFI has the resources available to qualify (or disqualify) your prospect quickly. We pride ourselves on our tenant population and rarely have to complete an eviction.
Maintenance - When your property is occupied we manage all the maintenance through our licensed, experienced vendors, each of which is experienced in rental maintenance. Because of the volume of work we supply to these companies we have the recourse to assure you work done well and at reasonable prices.
Rent Collection and Disbursement - We collect your rents at the first of each month and have your disbursement check out on the 10th. Delays in rent payments are immediately investigated and, should the need occur, evictions carried out. Of course, any untoward delays in rent payments are communicated to you in a timely fashion. Along with your check or direct deposit you get a monthly statement and copies of any invoices paid posted to your internet account. At years end a thorough accounting is provided to you. Good record keeping is the norm at Exit Realty NFI.
Inspections - Frequent drive-by inspections and regularly scheduled walk through inspections keep us and you appraised of the condition of the property and allows for anticipation of routine maintenance that prevents later, unexpected bills.
Communication - Additionally, our web presence allows our tenants and owners to communicate with us easily and quickly when the need arises. Owners are able to track their financial records and access their statements on this website. | |
